HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e replacement model Staples
Low on ink? Never!

As a owner of an older model HP printer, I was excited to try the new HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e. My first impression was that it was so much bigger than my previous HP model. I found it easy to unbox and connect the AC cable, but setting it up was time consuming. When I tried to install the ink cartridges, the cartridges didn't "click" as stated in the instructions. So when I closed the lid and the ink tray moved, it caused a malfunction. The printer makes lots of loud noise when it's setting up, printing or just on. I figured this would be something the HP could have fixed in 2024. The overall quality of the printing is good and the speed output is pretty fast. The ink feature is really good especially for the amount of usuage you get from it. I honestly believe you get your money's worth of you use the ink constantly. For a family with two young adults going to high school and college, the printer gets its usuage and does a really nice job. My biggest disappointment was the overall setup.
